Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actress from America. In 1983, after her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack member in WarGames in 1983 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was known for being a part of this group. Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actress. Her film debut came with the crime drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was praised. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, where other actors were notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her breakthrough in her first film she also appeared in the comedy drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club has been hailed as being among the most memorable films of high school cinema. It was produced for less than $1,000,000 however it made more than 50 million dollars. Meanwhile she had also started participating in various television shows like CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. This show aimed at teenagers and started in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other series in which she's appeared. Recent appearances include Little Sister, a film that follows a super-hero, where Sheedy is an appearance in a minor role. Sheedy has won many awards in 2005 for her performances. She also received the with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
